The Personal Development Programme has been running in CBS with 1S.  The Young men were participating 6 week Personal and Social Development Programme, to help them become more self-aware, build their Confidence and self-esteem.  These skills are essential to help with coping skills and to help build positive relationships with their peers and others.  The difference in their confidence has been amazing over the past 6 weeks.  The young men have now identified a needs based programme they want to participate in, proving that they have become more self-aware.  The new programme is going to run for another 6 weeks in the school.  The teachers and the young men have also given positive feedback on the programme and its outcomes.  Tullymore Youth Empowerment Team are very proud of the young men’s achievements.
